Alterra acquired this ~150,000 square foot Class B office building in 2013 in partnership with The Scully Company and a local single family office. Renovation is now complete and the project consists of 180 Class A apartments and 7,500 square feet of ground floor retail including Dunkin Donuts, Wendy’s and Wells Fargo.
